The Classes of the Fifties Reunion Committee had conducted three MPHS reunions prior to the 2008 reunion - in 1993, 1998, and 2003. The attendance at all three reunions was very large (681 in 1993, 639 in 1998, and 586 in 2003), and all three were rated as being highly successful and enjoyable. The 2008 reunion was no exception, as 539 attended the Saturday evening Dinner/Dance.
